FEE SCHEDULE
The Cedar Creek Mutual Domestic Water Consumers Association, Inc. is formed for the sole purpose of providing water to its members. CCMDWCA operates on a fiscal year beginning June 1 thru May 31. Annual Fees are due June 1 and become past due September 1. The annual fee allows each meter holder up to 8,000 gallons/month. Any usage over 8,000 gallons will be billed monthly. Transfers of water service will occur when the association receives a copy of the warranty deed and transfer fee.

| Transfer Fee (property transfer) | $100.00 + $5.50 tax |
| Reconnect Fee | $250.00 + $13.75 tax |
| Failure to Close Shut-off Valve when cabin is not in daily use | $250.00 + $13.75 tax |
| *Fee for usage of over 8,000 gallons per month for first occurrence | $20.00 per 1000 gallons + tax |
| Tampering with meter or meter lid | $500.00 + $27.57 tax |
*For subsequent overages the rate increases to $40.00. After one year with no additional overages, the rate goes back down to $20.00.
Sales tax rate has changed to 5.5% on the dollar January 01, 2016.
